Refund Return and Cancellation Policy

Green Line IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd holds the whole power of deciding whether a product support return, refund, cancellation, or exchange. GCENTRE will not provide any returns, refunds,s or cancelations for any product other than under the below conditions for any reason.

In case of delivering the wrong product by our side, customers will able to place a return. This kind of change will only be applicable for changes in the product core. Changes like design, color, etc. will not be included in this condition. After the green line accepts the return, the customer can deliver the product to us.

In a situation like this, the customer should inform the green line at the moment he/she discovers the situation and should place a return request through the website within 24 hours. Any return that is unable to do so, will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:

  1. Item must be in the original packaging with tags intact in the same condition it was delivered in.
  2. Items returned after the Return Period has lapsed will not be accepted.
  3. Items to be returned are the sole responsibility of the customer until they reach us, and the customer needs to ensure items are properly packed to prevent any damages and routes to us. Items damaged on the route will not be accepted.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proof of postage for parcels that contain items to be returned.
  5. Green Line will require a minimum of 07 business days to process your return request and ready the replacement unit.
  6. If a replacement unit for the size/specific model is no longer available, the customer will be issued a full refund. The refund will not include any delivery charges borne by the customer for the return of the item.
  7. All returns will be processed a minimum within 7 working days. Processing returns back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank due to its own operational time for which Green Line will not be responsible.

Refunds will be offered, only if the product is out of stock or Green Line is unable to provide the product due to the price changes from the displayed rates  & such arrangements has to be negotiated with Green Line IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.

Order cancellations are possible only before proceeding to the payment gateway. No order cancellations are accepted, once the payment process is completed unless it is included in the above-mentioned conditions.

All the items are being highly checked by Green Line before being dispatched to the delivery services. So, the green line will not take any responsibility for any damages or misplaced during the delivery. As we check every product 100% before delivery, all those products are already in the checking warranty method. In that case, items may be in unsealed condition under warranty seal stickers.

Due to current international exchange laws and conventions, if an order is canceled or excluded from the above-mentioned conditions under reasons like a change of mind, we will not refund the money back. Green Line is capable in extend to offer only a credit balance on a customer’s account valid for 180 days. So that balance will expire at the due date unless the customer made a purchase from that balance. This solution can be only applicable if the green line accepts to offer this solution to the customer.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted after the payment status updates in the system. In such a situation, the customer will only be able to have a credit balance as mentioned before.
