Refer the Refund Request in footer of Gcentre , fill the form and submit it.

First you should inform us. Our team will try to  get necessary actins to correct the issue, but we will not take any responsibility regarding delivering products in such situations. The customer may also have to pay extra charges.

We do overseas under special conditions and situations.

 

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

You can cancle your order until you make the payment. After the payment process you can’t cancle any order. The money will no be refunded in any conditions.

 

Will my items come in one package?

It depends on several conditions like quantity of items, size, etc. Usually it will be a single package.
